Terms and Conditions – Cosmetic Tattooing Treatments
Booking deposit
A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment with Sydney Microblading.
Your appointment is not confirmed until we receive the deposit. The deposit will be credited towards the total treatment price, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your appointment.
Payment options
You may pay by bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, PayPal, or cash.
Sydney Microblading does not store credit card details. Please contact us if you require payment instructions.
Any applicable card surcharge will be disclosed before payment and will not exceed the reasonable cost of processing the payment.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time, as we need sufficient time to complete the consultation, eyebrow design, and cosmetic tattoo procedure safely.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, Sydney Microblading may be unable to perform your treatment without affecting other clients. In this situation, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and we may retain your deposit to cover the reserved appointment time.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
New clients should allow sufficient time to complete the required consultation and consent forms before treatment begins.
No-shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, we will treat the appointment as a no-show.
We may retain your deposit to cover the reserved appointment time. Sydney Microblading may decline future bookings or require a new $100 deposit before accepting another appointment.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be retained, and a new $100 deposit may be required to secure another appointment.
Exceptions may be considered at Sydney Microblading’s discretion in cases of genuine emergency, serious illness or other exceptional circumstances.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred once to another eligible appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and the reasonable loss suffered by Sydney Microblading.
If Sydney Microblading cancels your appointment and a suitable replacement appointment cannot be agreed upon, you may choose to have your deposit refunded.
Medical suitability
Sydney Microblading may postpone or decline a treatment where it reasonably believes that performing the procedure would be unsafe, medically unsuitable or outside the artist’s professional scope.
If information that could affect the safety or suitability of the treatment was not disclosed before the appointment, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.
If the treatment cannot proceed for a reason outside the client’s reasonable knowledge or control, Sydney Microblading will consider transferring or refunding the deposit based on the individual circumstances.
Refund policy
Payments are generally not refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, completed services or dissatisfaction caused solely by personal preference where the agreed service was provided with due care and skill.
Because cosmetic tattoo results vary between individuals, Sydney Microblading cannot guarantee a particular healed colour, pigment retention, level of symmetry or duration of results. A perfection session or additional treatment may be recommended after healing.
This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, Sydney Microblading will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.

Service rates may change from time to time. Sydney Microblading will take reasonable steps to publish updated prices on its website.
The price confirmed when your appointment is booked will apply unless you agree to a change in the requested treatment or service.
The same booking rules apply to touch-ups
The same deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show and refund terms apply to touch-up and perfection-session appointments.
Book touch-up appointments as early as possible, as availability cannot be guaranteed. A touch-up appointment is not confirmed until we receive any required deposit.
Complimentary or specially priced touch-ups must be completed within the timeframe specified for the relevant treatment. If the appointment is booked or completed outside that period, the current touch-up or colour-refresh rate may apply.

The appropriate infill or full-set price will depend on the condition and number of extensions remaining at the time of the appointment. If insufficient extensions remain, additional time is required, or the appointment falls outside the specified infill period, the current full-set or extended-infill rate may apply.
