Terms and Conditions – Cosmetic Tattooing Treatments

CONSULTATION

Booking for consultation ONLY comes with a $50 charge. If you decide to go with any Cosmetic Tattoo Treatment, the consultation is FREE.

DEPOSIT

A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking with ‘Sydney Microblading’.  The deposit will be deducted from the total fee for the Cosmetic Tattoo procedure on the day of your session.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments can be made via bank transfer or over the phone with your credit card (we do not save your credit card details).  This is done with the use of Visa, Mastercard, or  Eftpos, or you can do an Internet transfer (via PayPal). Contact me for the details.
Should you wish to pay the balance of your treatment with cash, you can do so at the end of your treatment.

NO SHOW & LATE ARRIVING

Everyone’s time is valuable. Please note that if you are late more than 20 minutes before your appointment, we will not be able to fit you in the next block, you will miss your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. However, we will do our best to accommodate our clients where possible.

No-shows will not be rebooked, and the deposit is forfeited.

Please allow sufficient time to complete the initial consultation form if you are a new client.

RESCHEDULING

Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is necessary. You will lose your deposit outside this time frame, and any other future appointments will require another $150 deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel your appointment. However, if you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours (2 days), you will lose your deposit.

RATES

Service rates are subject to change, although ‘Sydney Microblading’ will take measures to ensure rate changes are communicated on our website in advance.

REFUNDS

‘Sydney Microblading’ does not offer refunds.

TOUCH UP DEPOSIT

The same policy is applied to touch-up deposits. Touch-ups must be booked from the first session or as earliest as possible to secure an appointment time.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking with ‘Sydney Microblading’.  The deposit will be deducted from the total fee for the Eyelash Extension procedure on the day of your session.
